Welcome, I am the managing partner and owner of the Law Office of William O. Cass, Jr. Born and raised in Dayton, I have been practicing law in the Dayton area since 1986. My legal career began with the Montgomery County Prosecutor’s Office where I worked as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney, assigned to felony criminal prosecutions., In 1997 I left to establish my current private practice. I concentrate my practice on felony and misdemeanor criminal/traffic law in the municipal and county courts of Montgomery and Greene counties and in the United States Federal District Court, Southern District of Ohio. I also file Chapter 7 bankruptcy cases in the United States Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of Ohio. I also have experience in a wide range of other legal areas, such as probate, family, and civil litigation. I am an active member of the Dayton Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Association.

I have practiced criminal law my entire career and have extensive trial experience. My goal is to provide you exceptional legal representation for a fair and reasonable fee.
